Amtrak Guest Rewards is here: your housing payments can help cover your next train ticket

Our first rail partner opens up more than 500 destinations across 46 states and parts of Canada, plus lounge passes and upgrades

Starting today, Bilt Members can transfer Bilt Points to Amtrak Guest Rewards at a 2:1 ratio. Amtrak is our first rail partner, and our 26th travel partner in the Bilt ecosystem.

If you're in New York, Boston, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C. in particular, this connects your housing payments to a train you probably already take. And if you're anywhere else in the network, it opens up more than 500 destinations.

What This Means For You

Your Bilt Points now cover train travel beyond your neighborhood across 46 states and parts of Canada. Amtrak gives you room to work or fully disconnect, and more than 40 stations that are usually right in the middle of where you're headed.

Amtrak Guest Rewards membership is free, as is Bilt Membership, and you can use Bilt Points you’ve transferred to Amtrak Guest Rewards points toward reward travel, upgrades, lounge access, and more.

You also don't need a big balance to get started: redemptions start at as few as 400 Amtrak Guest Rewards points, or 100 points when using Points & Cash.

How to Transfer Your Bilt Points

• Open the Bilt app or log in at Bilt.com

• Navigate to the "Rewards" section and click the "Transfer" tab, then the “Rail” tab

• Select "Amtrak Guest Rewards"

• Link your Bilt and Amtrak Guest Rewards accounts (before first transfer only)

• Choose how many points to transfer and confirm
