Dec 18, 2025
NEW YORK, NY – Dec. 18, 2025 – Bilt, the nation's largest housing and neighborhood commerce platform already adopted by 70% of the top national property managers, today announced the appointment of Annie Laurie McCulloh as Executive Director of Leasing & Loyalty. McCulloh brings more than 20 years of multifamily industry expertise spanning revenue management, data analytics, and operational transformation across both the supplier and owner sides of the business.
“I’ve been bullish on Bilt since serving on its Advisory Board, and I’m thrilled to now join the team and bring our end-to-end platform to operators across the industry,” said McCulloh. “By connecting the home and neighborhood, Bilt unifies the entire resident journey, like leasing, payments, and rewards, in one powerful app that drives engagement, retention, and revenue.”
In her new role, McCulloh will spearhead the deployment and optimization of Bilt's full end-to-end platform across the company's extensive property partner network. Working directly with the Bilt Alliance Advisory Boards, she will help partners seamlessly implement Bilt to maximize value at every touchpoint of the resident lifecycle through new lease incentives, payment processing, neighborhood rewards, automatic renewal programs, and more.
"Annie Laurie gets it. She's been in the trenches with property managers, she knows what actually moves the needle, and she's helped us build something that works in the real world, not just on paper," said Ankur Jain, Founder and CEO of Bilt. "Having her on our Advisory Board was like having a secret weapon. Now, bringing her in-house to lead this effort means our partners get someone who's not just talking theory—she's actually done this work and knows exactly how to make these platforms deliver results."
"Annie Laurie's deep operational knowledge combined with her strategic vision for the platform makes her the perfect leader to scale our Leasing & Loyalty end-to-end resident experience," added David Wyler, Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at Bilt. "She understands both the technical complexities and the human elements that make resident loyalty programs successful, and she'll ensure every partner can truly maximize those benefits."
Prior to joining Bilt, McCulloh served as Chief Operating Officer at Real Estate Business Analytics (REBA), where she led the company's expansion of connected analytics solutions for the multifamily industry. Her extensive background includes leadership roles at Brookfield overseeing technology, data science, pricing and marketing, executive positions at Rainmaker Group overseeing revenue management implementations, and serving as Assistant Vice President of Pricing and Revenue Management at Archstone, where she was responsible for pricing decisions across more than 40,000 units nationwide.
As a former advisor to Bilt, McCulloh has been instrumental in shaping Bilt's integrated platform alongside other industry leaders. The Advisory Board, which represents over 5 million homes across 30+ leading property management companies, has guided the development of features that deliver measurable results: including up to 300% increase in early payments, up to 20% increase in early renewals, and up to 12% decrease in delinquency.
"The Advisory Board's collective expertise has been crucial in building a platform that truly serves the entire housing ecosystem," McCulloh noted. "Together, we've created solutions that benefit everyone—residents earn valuable rewards, property managers see improved operations and retention, and neighborhoods thrive through increased local commerce. I'm excited to now lead the implementation of what we've built together."
McCulloh holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematical Sciences from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Birmingham-Southern College. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and has been recognized throughout her career for operational excellence and innovation in multifamily technology.
