Unlike our solution for traditional multi-family properties where residents rent units, we've optimized our existing platform for the bed-level leasing model common in student housing, while maintaining all of the traditional reporting features property managers rely on. This allows property managers to track payments, incentives, and rewards on an individual basis—even within shared accommodations.

While delivering clear advantages for property managers, our platform also addresses the unique financial challenges students face. Through Bilt’s credit boost feature, residents can opt into building credit history through free rent reporting to all three major credit bureaus—often their first opportunity to establish credit.

We've also introduced the ability for students to redeem Bilt Points toward eligible student loan payments, helping to offset education costs. This feature, combined with our existing redemption options for travel, fitness, retail, and future rent payments, provides practical value that extends beyond the housing experience.
