Every restaurant has a shared phone number. Texts pile up, go unanswered, and when a VIP does get through, whoever picks it up has to piece together context from memory — or just guess. Reservation platforms help with bookings, but they don't solve the channel that matters most: the direct, personal line guests actually want to use.

What we built

A dedicated concierge number for every restaurant: a single line guests save and use like a direct line to the house, backed by an AI concierge that handles everything from the first text.

Why we built it

The most important moments in a guest relationship — the special request, the VIP introduction, the kitchen send — were falling through the cracks of a shared, chaotic inbox. Restaurant teams were managing texts instead of delivering the experiences guests came for.

What it actually does

One group text hands a guest off to the concierge. From there, it matches them to their profile, books the reservation, tags who made the introduction, and orchestrates the experience around that relationship — now and every time they come back. Operators can configure which guests see which table inventory, use keyword triggers to instantly tag VIPs, and rely on cross-location routing when a preferred spot is full. The restaurant team stays focused on service. Bilt handles everything else.
