Introducing: Custom Briefings in Bilt Hospitality for Dining

Every morning, someone on the team is pulling the same reports from the same three systems. It takes time, it requires someone who knows where to look, and by the time the picture comes together, service has already started.

What we built

A templatized reporting tool powered by the Bilt Concierge: operators build the briefing once, and the Concierge handles the rest: pulling data, assembling the report, and delivering it as a custom briefing automatically before every shift.

Why we built it

The manual version of this briefing exists at almost every restaurant. It just shouldn't require a person to build it every single time. Your team gets time back, and you have more consistency and clarity across the board.

What it actually does

The Concierge pulls from the full stack: reservations, POS, guest profiles, receipt history, and reviews — and compiles it into whatever format the operator configured: a nightly VIP rundown, a weekly accounting summary, a pre-shift guest intel brief, a monthly business review. Notable insights get surfaced automatically, so operators don't have to know what to look for. It lands in the app and inbox on whatever cadence they set. It’s configured once, and delivered without anyone having to ask.
