Under her guidance, Willow Bridge expanded their portfolio by 117,000 units and successfully navigated a complete company rebrand across 800+ properties and 5,000 employees.
Beyond her operational expertise, Margette has long been a dedicated leader in our industry associations. She currently serves on the National Multi-Housing Council's Political Action Committee and Membership Engagement Committee, and is an active member of the RETTC Steering Committee. Previously, she chaired both NMHC's Membership Engagement Committee and NAA's National Suppliers Council—a testament to her ongoing commitment to shaping our industry.
