Introducing: House Account in Bilt Hospitality for Dining

House accounts aren't a new concept. A trusted guest, a standing tab, settled after the visit. Restaurants have been running them for years. The problem has always been everything that goes into managing them: tracking who has one, keeping cards current, remembering which receipt goes to which email address, settling manually after every meal. It works until it doesn't. And when it breaks down, it breaks down in front of your best guests.

What we built

House Account inside Bilt Hospitality for Dining – a single place to create and manage standing accounts for any guest, with the flexibility operators actually need.

Why we built it

Operators kept telling us the same thing: their best guests deserve a seamless experience, but the back-end reality is duct tape. Manual tracking, cards going stale, receipts landing in the wrong inbox, settlements that drag. We built this so the experience the guest sees – effortless, remembered, taken care of – matches what's actually happening behind the scenes.

What it actually does

Operators create the account, or send the guest a link to complete setup themselves. Guests can keep multiple cards on file. Receipts route to any email address, whether personal, corporate billing, an assistant, and ultimately separate from whatever's attached to the account. Settlement runs on whatever cadence the operator sets: after each visit, or on a custom schedule. And because it lives inside Bilt Hospitality, operators can layer in a comp ride home or a return visit offer on top of any house account visit.

One place to manage your best guests, the way they actually expect to be treated.
