Introducing Resident Reviews

As a result of feedback from many of our partners, we’ve launched a review system that lets residents share their experiences with their property directly within the Bilt app under the ‘My Lease’ tab. This new feature also enables property managers to view and respond to resident feedback directly in the Alliance Portal, fostering meaningful dialogue with residents.
What makes this powerful is the context—residents are sharing feedback in an environment where they're being rewarded, which tends to yield more positive interactions. This feature ultimately helps property managers gauge resident feedback among the most engaged community members.
This functionality has been built in compliance with industry standards and collects verified feedback from residents who have made payments through Bilt, ensuring authentic reviews that build trust with prospective renters.
