Introducing: Neighborhood Campaigns in Bilt Hospitality for Dining

Your email list only reaches people who already know you. It can't reach the member who just moved in down the block and has never walked through your door, or someone who is most likely to become a regular and ready to dine at your restaurants. They're carrying Bilt Points and Bilt Cash to spend the moment they sit down, and on average they'll spend up to 22% more than other guests.

What we built

Neighborhood campaigns: a feature that lets restaurant operators build targeted offers for Bilt Members in the Bilt Marketplace, reaching the people who live closest and are most likely to become regulars.

Why we built it

We heard often from operators that their email list wasn’t reaching new audiences. It can't reach the member three buildings over who's never walked through the door, and that member is worth reaching. We built Neighborhood campaigns so operators have a way to reach that person directly, through the Marketplace, with an offer built around who they actually are rather than a generic blast.

What it actually does

Neighborhood campaigns let restaurants get as granular as they want with targeting. Instead of reaching an entire neighborhood at once, operators can zero in on specific buildings, right down to the ones closest to their door, and build an offer for the Bilt Members who live there. Operators can also target by who someone is to the restaurant: all Bilt Members in the area, members who are new to the neighborhood, first-time guests, or guests who've dined there before.

The offer ties into Bilt, so every visit earns points – giving members a reason to come back beyond the offer itself.

Reach the neighbor who hasn't found you yet. Only with Bilt Hospitality for Dining.
