How Neighborhood Parking Works

1. Open the Bilt app and tap the new "Parking" tab.

2. Ensure your Metropolis account is linked! If it uses the same phone number as your Bilt account, it’ll connect automatically. If not, just create one in the Bilt app or website.

3. Find participating Metropolis locations near you in the Bilt app and identify which one works best for your needs.

4. Drive straight in and out at Metropolis Vision technology parking locations—your vehicle is recognized automatically. This means no tickets to lose, and no payment terminals to navigate.

5. Watch at least +1X Bilt Points hit your account regardless of which card you use.

   
   

In the coming months, this offering will expand to traditional Metropolis parking lots where you’ll start to earn Bilt Points when paying with a linked card.
