Introducing: Pay Rent with Concierge in Bilt Hospitality for Housing

As a property manager, the last thing you should have to do is spend time chasing rent payments. For most onsite teams, this means digging through a portal, building a list, and following up one resident at a time.

What we built

Rent collection can now be handled by the Bilt Concierge from start to finish: tracking who's paid, following up automatically with residents who haven't, and offering to process the payment for them, right inside the conversation.

Why we built it

Rent collection shouldn't depend on someone on your team remembering to check. We built this so the follow-up happens automatically, and so residents have an easier path to paying on time — even if that path is just answering "yes, please" to a reminder.

What it actually does

The Concierge tracks payment status across your residents in real time, with ratings, trends, and delinquency visible on the property manager dashboard. If rent is overdue, the Concierge sends a friendly reminder directly to the resident: "Your rent is now overdue. Want me to pay it for you?" The resident can confirm and the Concierge handles the rest. No portal, no separate login, and no manual chasing from your team.
