2025 was a breakthrough year for the Bilt Alliance, and it happened because of you – our partners who believed in reimagining what loyalty means for residents, properties and merchants alike.
Together, we've built something remarkable: the nation's largest housing and neighborhood commerce network that delivers deeper resident engagement, higher payment volumes, and a competitive advantage that supports our partners’ bottom line.
As we look back on this incredible year, we're grateful for your partnership and excited to share some key highlights.
The Bilt Alliance Grew in 2025
We expanded to 57% more in-network properties and 50% more units YoY, including our first major push into student housing. We brought over 1 million total new members to our platform, strengthening the network effect to drive more revenue, higher engagement, and stronger retention for every Alliance partner.
But here's what really matters to your bottom line:
Our Neighborhood commerce network remained strong and grew to more than 45,000 merchants, including the launch of our partnership with Metropolis, the largest parking network in the U.S.
Growth also included new fitness studios (CorePower, Barry’s, and more), and large scale partnerships with major brands like Rakuten, Venmo and Gopuff
Every merchant we add deepens the Bilt ecosystem, creating more ways for residents to engage, earn, and redeem and increasing our overall network value for every Alliance partner.
Residents Are All In
Points activity exploded in 2025, proving Bilt has become essential infrastructure in residents' financial lives:
Bilt Members received more than $350 million in value worth of Bilt Points — 93% more than last year – driven by continued growth of the Bilt merchant network and increased member engagement as points are earned and redeemed across everyday spend. This momentum was further supported by our Bilt Alliance expansion, enabling more residents to link multiple cards and earn Bilt points across a broader set of transactions.
They redeemed around half of those points to date, an increase of 117% from 2024
57% of point redemptions were used to pay for rent, helping residents to offset their highest monthly expense; 43% were redeemed across the broader Bilt ecosystem, including travel, restaurants, and fitness classes, reflecting strong engagement beyond the four walls of the home.
Engagement Metrics That Prove Product-Market Fit
Residents signed up and engaged with Bilt more than ever. We saw a:
70% increase in total Bilt Points redeemed by residents towards various rewards like travel, dining, rideshares and more
66% increase YoY in free Rent Reporting enrollments, helping your residents build their credit history with no additional fees
+9pp increase YoY in card-linking, increasing residents ability to earn rewards (tied back to your community)
This isn't incremental growth. This is residents making Bilt their default housing and neighborhood platform.
As adoption accelerates, Alliance properties capture more transaction value, more merchant revenue share, and more resident stickiness.
